1. Who we are
These terms apply to all purchases on librova.eu ("Librova"). The seller is ShyThunder, Lda., Travessa Dona Amélia Moutinho Alves 54, 4425-643 Maia, Portugal, VAT PT519001214, e-mail hello@librova.eu ("we"). Full details are in our legal notice.
2. What we sell
We sell digital books and collections (digital content). Nothing is shipped by post. The content, language and format of each collection are described on its page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include VAT. There are no shipping costs. You pay once; we do not sell subscriptions. Payment is made at checkout with the methods shown there and is processed by our payment providers.
4. Contract
The contract is concluded when you complete the order at checkout and we confirm it on the confirmation page and by e-mail. The contract language is the language of the store version you use. You can print or save these terms and your order confirmation.
5. Delivery
You receive access to your purchase after payment, as described in our digital delivery policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal ends once the supply has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose this right. Details and our voluntary help in case of problems are in our refund policy.
7. Conformity and liability
You have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. If a file is missing, does not open or does not match its description, contact us and we will fix it or, if that is not possible, refund you. Our liability is otherwise limited as far as the law allows; this does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.
8. Use of the content
The collections are for your personal, non-commercial use. They may not be resold, shared publicly or distributed. All rights remain with us or our licensors.
9. Personal data
How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at hello@librova.eu. Information on consumer arbitration and the complaints book is in our legal notice. Portuguese law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
