Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content, this right ends once the supply has started with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. If the supply has not started yet, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase by telling us clearly, for example by e-mail to hello@librova.eu; we will then refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.

If something is wrong

If a file is missing, does not open, does not match its description, or you were charged twice, write to us at hello@librova.eu with your order number. We will fix the problem or, if that is not possible, refund you. This does not limit your legal rights.
